Lies Casseau is Elsyca’s office backbone. You might have spoken to her already: she has been at Elsyca for 8 years and is the first contact point for many customers and suppliers when they call Elsyca. She has a master’s degree in languages and speaks /understands 6 languages: Dutch, French, English, German, Italian, New-Greek.
She loves the variety of the job and the challenge to improve certain processes. Besides customer service, she also takes care of the invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up, order placements, payments, payroll, fleet and insurance policies.
Lies is also the mother of two adult sons and is engaged to her partner Frank. She leads an active and energetic lifestyle, staying fit through gym and CrossFit training, as well as walking and cycling. Outside of work, Lies enjoys cooking and growing her own vegetables, with a particular passion for cultivating a wide variety of tomato types. She also loves dancing and spending time with friends over dinner or a drink.
