Elsyca is delighted to be collaborating with SAE International on the development of aerospace standard AMS2547 which focuses on safeguarding the engineering requirements for the electropolishing of critical and non-critical metallic parts using a Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) approach.

Engineers working with aerospace systems deal with tight surface finish specifications which become crucial in the age of currently developing technology of Additive Manufacturing. Those tight specifications can be easily addressed before the# actual electropolishing process will be set up only if a hands-on engineering based CAE technology will be chosen. That is why Elsyca has a major voice in this standard development.

Elsyca provides a unique simulation approach towards electropolishing processes which does not require any upfront process knowledge and modelling skills in order to associate potential process risk issues and solve them prior to actual part processing!
