Samsung Electro-Mechanics in Korea has recently installed SmartPlate in his PCB manufacturing unit.
The simulation software SmartPlate, a co-development of Ucamco and Elsyca, predicts copper plating layer thicknesses across a PCB with high accuracy.
In his strive for developing innovative and top quality electronics devices, Samsung Electro-Mechanics will now use SmartPlate on a daily base to produce boards meeting the tightest performance tolerances.
