What services do we offer?
Elsyca has experience with custom designing complete electrochemical cells as well as redesigning existing facilities for improved quality and productivity.
Such projects can range from concept and design, engineering, over development of a proof-of-concept (pilot) cell, up to the full upscale of the prototype cell and deployment within the production environment.

In the case of a continuous anodization line for example, concept engineering will focus on choosing between liquid contact cells or physical electrical contact through a roll. Then the complete cell is modelled in the design phase taking into account:
- dimensioning of rectifiers;
- foil speed;
- positioning of anode/cathode;
- fluid flow;
- heat balances;
- …
Finally, with respect to the actual build, Elsyca has a thorough knowledge of the supply chain in the electrochemical industry in order to select the most suited hardware components.
