Are you a new customer to Elsyca?  

1. Please complete the entire input sheet with input parameters, including the “registration section”;
2. Send the completed document to info@elsyca.com;
3. Within 1 workday, you will receive an email with a login and password, giving access to Elsyca’s FTP server;
4. Upload the CAD file and eventually documents containing additional information on your account on Elsyca’s FTP server;
5. When all info is uploaded on our FTP server, please send an email to info@elsyca.com to start with the design-for-plateability study;
6. You will receive an email within 1 workday, confirming:
   • if the available information is sufficient to start the study;
   • the order for a Design for plateability study.
7. You will receive within 3 working days:
   • By email: a report containing all results and an invoice.
   • On your FTP account: the report and datafile to explore the results using the free Elsyca XPlorer application.
8. Elsyca will remove all files from your FTP account after 2 weeks.

Are you already making use of Elsyca services?

The procedure is the same as above, except points 1 to 4 should be replaced with:

1. Upload the completed inputparameter sheet, the CAD file and eventually documents containing additional information on your account on Elsyca’s FTP server.
   If you forgot your login and password of your FTP account, please send an email to info@elsyca.com. The login and password information will be send to the registered email address.
