This program is a customised ‘expert’ solution based upon the existing Elsyca PlatingMaster technology. Through the incorporation of the custom-designed and customer proprietary polarisation database of electrolytes based upon the customer electrolyte baths (Elsyca can measure electrolyte characterisitcs for you, see physico-chemical measurements), through the CAD design of all required ‘virtual’ plating tanks/racks, and through the CAD-import/repair of all required parts, the user will really have the option the ‘pick, drag and drop’ parts on the racks and start simulations and optimisations.

An extensive knowledge support and transfer program including engineering support enables the customer to shorten the optimisation path and reap the financial returns of the optimisations as quickly as possible.
